How to check whether a user is using an Expert Advisor (EA)

1. Log into BackOffice

2. Collect the Account name

   1. Mouse over Users at the top left of the screen and click on Users to open up the Users table search engine

   

   b. Enter the TradeLocker Account ID of the user into the Account ID field and click Search

   c. Click on the Login value

   

   d. In the popped up window, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand side menu and click on Accounts

   

   e. Now copy the value that you see under the Account name column

   

3. Navigate to Reports>Reports by mousing over Reports at the top of the screen and clicking on Reports in the dropdown menu

   

4. Scroll until you find TradelockerBrand:ClosedPositionsReport:2 and open it

5. Select the time period that you are interested in

6. Paste the Account name into the Account field and click Generate report

1. If the generated report has the bot_strategy column filled with “Manually Placed” then no EA was used
